January 2019 Update: The average speed cameras on the gantries above the A428 that start West of the Warrington toll bar roundabout, junction with the A509, are not in service/operation and haven't been for several years. Northampton council told me this and that were due for removal in 2017, but they're still there early 2019. I will contact the council again, even if to ask they put 'camera not in use' signs at the base of the gantry.
