Speed Camera Details: Mobile camera system parked in the Layby next to the Tilcon Tarmac Depot just prior to the ST Andrews Quay Exit. This Unit was highly visible and had two cameras exposed through two open windows in the rear of the Van, the other windows are blacked out. But the rear of the van has bright red Chevron paint scheme. This mobile system operates on both sides of Clive Sullivan Way and from various vans usually white. A favourite place is westbound just over the flyover leaving Hull more often early morning plus just after lunch. Humberside Police are using plain white vans i.e. Transit plus others. These vans are marked by a single red line round which when operating cannot be seen from the rear.
