Speed Camera Details: Leaving the M1 at Junction 22 and proceeding about 2 miles south-east down the dual carriageway A50 towards Leicester, you pass through two roundabouts. The first at Markfield, the second at a quarry entrance. After the second you begin to descend a steep hill with bends. About a half mile further on, at the bottom of the hill, the road straightens out and there are houses on both sides. At the start of the straight is a speed camera set up among bushes on the left, about 100 yards before a set of traffic lights. Note there is ALSO a camera on the lights.
