Speed Camera Details: On the A617 leading to M1 Junction 29 coming from the roundabout at New Houghton towards Glapwell, just at the Notts/Derbys border a mobile Police Unit parked on the verge on the left hand-side of the road in an unmarked white van. The limit is national (60mph) and the mobile camera van is parked approximately 600yards before the limit drops to 40mph through Glapwell village. They were out on the morning of 28 Feb 2007 but were gone when I drove past again at 5:20pm. I was alerted to their presence by driver coming in the opposite direction flashing the lights. Beware!
